I attended the seminar here in Columbus Ohio and thought the sales people were very pushy. They didnt even take the time to answer questions that much but they sure wanted your credit card. Be careful folks go to a local college or school and you will learn just as much.

I learned a few things from the fast-talking sales persons that did the two two-hour presentations to sell the training packages for the two programs on real estate investing and on tax lien certificate investing. They sounded like they really are professionals in their areas of expertise. However, I felt a bit disappointed that this long conference only provided water for 4 hours and the free book was a very cheap paperback edition. I am glad that I have the book, but just wish that the confirmation letter hadn't inflated the value (stated $29 value). Also, the course costs of $3,000 per course was a shock and the $1,500 discount didn't make it any less shocking. I assumed they would offer additional training for a fee, but this was way out of my price range. I also have a more detailed comment on my blog at [].

I attended the Way to Wealth Seminar in New Orleans. I am in sales and I felt this was just another way for Donald Trump to make money. The information given in the seminar is information that you can get anywhere and for a much less price. The price seems to vary also. The cost here is $1000 and $1500 is other areas. If Donald Trump is not trying to make money he why is the program so pricy.

I went to the free seminar which by the way tells you nothing this was a waste of time, but I did sign up for the 3 day weekend which was $1000. The days I spent there was very informative and in my opinion worth the grand. Im pretty sure if you took some real estate courses you could learn about the same, but these are people doping this right now and making alot more money than just realestate agents. They also give you info that you cant learn in school.

I took the Trump Way to Wealth weekend workshop in January 2007 in Burlingame, CA. True, it is a lot of information...however I found I could get the same information for much less $$ or through [] Real Estate for free. They have free classes and include a free dinner. During the seminar, they spent time trying to get us to sign up for more workshops for 5,000+. They went on and on about this "next step." One of the participants complained to our trainer (privately) about the time spent on this "next step" and he told her he was just doing what he was told to do. After the seminar, they called me and tried to get me to sign up for more...wanted to know what my credit card limit was blah blah... I called their support line once and talked to some guy who obviously knew less than I did. Oh...unless you want to be billed 29.95 a month for the rest of your life, make sure you cancel your automatic withdrawal within 5 mos after you take the course. This is not fake. I wish it was because I wouldn't be out $1500!

For those of you who took the 2 day weekend course, did you receive any follow up calls from anyone at the institute or did you always have to call? Also, were you charged for the monthly service after the 6 months? I attended the weekend workshop and found it to have some good information but its not a magic wand - you have to work for success.

I took the trump seminar in nyc and i loved it. I thought the seminar was worth the money and very informative. I dont think this program is a scam. Trump has more money than he could spend. Trump is just trying to show people how to become successful. The cost are minor. Some people are willing to pay $40k a year for a institute.

What a waste of time. Trump has turned into another scam artist. If you really want to make momney in real estate spend a few dollars and take some real informative courses at a real school. I have taken real estate courses at Queens College (CUNY). They cost a lot less and you learn a lot more - and they are not trying to sell you anything in the class!

I attended the Trump Institute weekends seminar in Seattle WA. It was worth the $2000 for both of us to attend. It was more information than you can possibly take in a weekend. It's been 2 months and I am getting more familiar. It came with 6 months of coaching and advisory help from Trump Institute via their 800# and email. I haven't purchased any realestate. But what I learned has stopped me from buying a few that I would have otherwise and "it would have cost me 10x the $$ I spent".
