I bought this product thinking it would actually teach me how to dance. It was a complete waste of time. Darrin teaches in this video as if you already know all the dance steps. It's almost as if he starts with step 3. He demonstrates the moves once (too quickly) and then goes into the a routine and expects that you can follow. I have to say that I am uncoordinated, and I guess you can pause and rewind. But, the bottom line is this DVD is supposed to teach you how to dance, and IT DOESN'T. Don't waste your time unless you already know how to dance.
