I've used this toothbrush for about 4 years now. But I don't change the brush every 3 months like they suggest; the new one is always too hard, so I change it about twice/year. And about those free brushes...I've tried twice to cancel the automatic shipment that comes every 3 months, which, by the way, costs $5.85 and the package weighs less than 2 oz.! Free my you-know-what! But they kept shipping them to me. I now have enough brushes to last more than 3 years! It took my Credit Union reversing their debit from my account for them to stop shipping them to me.

I have used this for 4-5 years and still on my original unit. It charges just fine, lasts for days. I never take the base when I go out of town for up to a week, just the unit and it lasts. I have never missed a refill order, my brushes come like clockwork. Our son and his wife purchased theirs after seeing how reliable ours is and they have the same experience with good results and good service.

I purchsed this product and found that the brush heads snapped off during brushing. Changing attachments only makes it worse as the brush heads continue to get worse. Spend a little more and get a Sonicare (I had that product years ago and thought that a cheaper brush might be just as affective)and your teeth will be healthier, and you'll be less frustrated.

I've used the Cybersonic for about 2 years and love it. Battery is no longer maintaining charge, but they offered me a replacement for s&h of $11, or upgrade to version 3 for $31 (including shipping). I upgraded. I never had a problem with snapped heads, and have been getting the replacement for $5 for years. My dentist thinks I do a good job brushing my teeth, but you should really read the manual to understand how to properly hold the toothbrush (to maximize its effect). No major problems, and I would recommend it.

I got this thing about 6 years ago when the commercials claimed free brush heads for LIFE for just $4.95 shipping. They sent them for about a year and then they stopped charging and sending, and a pair of brush heads in the store is $12. I was unable to get through to customer service and then they came out with the sequel model with the same brush head deal, which is what I suspect their loophole was in stopping the free brushes. I will say that the toothbrush was everything they claimed-it cleaned my teeth great and held a charge pretty well, but now I have no brush heads, and I have not seen them in any store for over a year now. I guess I got my money's worth as I was able to use it for 4 years, but the company seems shady to me.

I've had for about a year. Battery is fine so far. Cleans really well. Attachments are worthless. Just use the regular brush head to clean you tongue and regular floss. Brush heads tend to break when snapped on or off, but not until its time to replace them anyway (at least for me). Replacement heads are very reasonable, not much more that regular toothbrushes. I always see in the grocery store a set of Sonic Care heads going for $30! I'm sure thats where they make most of their money. Consider that kind of cost when comparing. Did I mention how well it cleans? My dentist was surprised at how clean my teeth were 2 years between visits (didn't have dental plan) At that point I only had this for a month or so.

This toothbrush is great because it actually cleans your teeth as do most sonic brushes. The first time I used it my teeth were so slippery and I didnt know they could get this clean. Kinda gross if you think about it. But the brushes kept snapping off, the flosser is hard to keep the floss in places. The tongue cleaner is cool and a great new thing. Also all the switching out is a pain. However, I just use the toothbrush and have a seperate tongue scrapper. I wish they would develope this item with an better way to attach and detach the heads. Otherwise I love it. It makes me feel like Im actually cleaning my teeth and I swear You dont have to brush as long but you do anyways just to make sure you get all spots. ps- the first time I use it, I couldnt spot laughing because it tickled so much.

Please don't waste your money on this. I bought it from [] and I should have known it was a no-good since it was on the clearance shelves w/ the rest of their mis-match, or missing item. I didn't have problem w/ the batteries but I had problem w/ the brush head which kept on snapping off and the floss didn't work, the 2.50 throw away floss works better. The tongue cleaner did not clean anything, my tongue scrapper works way better for $4. So save your $$

I have used this product for years and have upgraded twice. The first model was not as nice. The brush was too small. I didn't use it much. Then I saw the Cybersonic 2. It had a large square head that worked awesome. The only downside to it was the NiCad battery. It was only good for about a year. I wanted to replace it and saw the new Cybersonic 3. They have gone back to round heads, but you can choose between large and small heads. I chose large and it works great. They have upgraded the battery so you get long life now. I highly recommend the product to everyone. I have noticed most on my dental cleanings. They used to spend alot of time on me and I could tell that they were scraping alot of plaque. Now, my visits are quick and pleasant. No cavities since using Cybersonic.

I got this for Christmas because I liked that you could use the bleaching get with it. That tasted nasty, but it worked well, as my teeth arent too stained. The toothbrush worked good the first time but the bristles didnt last long. The battery died extremely quickly and went to buy a regular brush and got the same clean, I only had to brush a bit longer. I say save your money and pay a little bit ($50) more for a very nice Sonicare toothbrush.

I have owned this system for 4 years now and I love it. I have seen my dental check-ups go smoothly and with no more deep cleanings! I love the way it feels, my teeth feel so clean and smooth still after years of use the brush works fine. And has saved me time and money I only buy the replacement brushes and pay $4 shipping and my dental bills are for check-ups only no more deep cleanings! I'd rather have this brush anyday over the cheap drugstore brushes that stop working after a month and don't clean half as good as this one. My dentist loves me, I honestly don't even floss regularly I simply use this brush and floss maybe twice a month and still my check-ups go fast and smooth with no pain. I haven't had a cavity since I started using it, no fillings, no plaque nothing! It's great the greatest brush ever! Highly recommended.

Lets just say, I wasn't impressed. You could get the same clean or even better from a battery operated toothbrush from your local drug store for $5.00. The toothbrush didn't have the speed that I was expecting, didn't provide the clean I was expecting from a electrical toothbrush. A great disappointment.
