I purchased this item through the infomercial, which was an experience in itself (30 minutes of automated recording and no live person or tech assistance information given). Item arrived broken. After attempting to reach someone for 6 weeks via telephone (still no live person even with the direct number for the company I found on the internet), online, through the manufacturing company and through their web site, I still have not heard from anyone and it is now too late to reverse the charges on my credit card. The item is broken at the plastic piece that holds the paper and cannot be used. I attempted to superglue it but for some reason it doesn't seem to hold. SO I now have 45 dollars (I bought several extra cutter heads) invested in something I cannot use.

This product works well on a single sheet of paper, although the exact cutting line is difficult to see. I solved this by carefully drawing a cutting line with a fine Sharpie. Some questions about how long the blades will last, but I only use it occasionally. Not recommended for heavy usage

My husband got this as a surprise for me and I love it! The backlight is just a brilliant idea. You can see exactly where you're cutting. The extra blades with the special edges are fun too. The "fold" edge is fantastic for making cards and things. All in all a great product. Well worth it!

I bought a craft lite cutter from the company off of their infomercial. It arrived in about two weeks. My wife and I have a busy photography studio outside of Boston and we needed a little something to make pictures pop out of folios. The craft lite cutter has worked perfectly. It is really not intended for wholesale users, it's a home craft item. Knowing that limitation, it is a great tool to dress up photos. We have since bought a couple more as presents. I think people who have trouble with the unit are trying to do to many items at one time, we use it for one photo at a time and it's fine.

Great item. It really works. You do have to press hard and make several passes to cut a photo, but the line and light help you to make a perfect cut. I did not buy it from the infomercial. I purchased it at a local store. I stay away from infomercial sites as many charge you for things you do not want and share your credit card number. Many [] have a section with TV products.

Bought this after seeing it on the infomercial. Quick shipping time, which is unusual for these purchases. It arrived with all that was [promised, in good condition. It works well, and is easy to use, although I haven't used it a lot yet. I would recommend it for general household use.
