My core sculptor arrived damaged. The handle was broken and the bands were so tight that my husband could barely pull on them. I was told to mail it back in to an address in California. It will be coming up on 2 years with still no replacement or refund. Now when I call customer service they hang up on me. It's time start finding some legal help.
Damaged Product - Worst Customer Service!

The Core Sculptor I order arrived with the handle broken (the plastic was broken in many pieces, making the product unuseable). I've been unsuccessfully trying to get a replacement for the last three months. Their customer service is horrible. It's not worth the headache to order this product because if yours arrive broken too, it's almost impossible to get a replacement and it's not worth it to pay the shipping to return it. Watch out!
