I agree with most of what the lower ratings say about this piece of equipment. It does slide easily (with you on it) and the bands do easily come off. I found it to be a rather clunky & awkward type of way to work out. Meaning that you can't really get a good streamlined mode of exercise going on, for it slipping around and such. I could not really recommend this to anyone. Much too overpriced for the quality of the piece.

I have had this for quite a while and use it now more than ever. I recently had surgery for a herniated disk and have difficulty doing squats with a weighted barbell. This machine is a good substitute for me. I find it to be very sturdy and have never had a problem with the bands coming off. If you are looking for a comfortable substitute for standing squats this could be your answer.

Had for 4 years. If used daily you can maintain firmness in the behind and leg area, while being comfortable. I promote this without hesitation.

I have owned this product for 4 years. I use it every night more for back strengthening than for the thighs. I have not seen any improvement in my buns or thighs and I have used the book and tape with it as well. I like the stretch after the treadmell workout I do and this product does stretch out my back and legs. Do not buy it for the buns and thighs as you will be disppointed!

I have used this product for years and never had a problem with the bands slipping off. I would not call it a scam. If I had felt scammed I would have returned the product, notified the attorney general and/or sued the company if necessary. It did strengthen my lower back but it did not do much for my buns or thighs so I cannot give it a high rating. I really think it depends on the size of the person. I already had strong legs and the powerflex bands kept breaking. I would suggest this product only for people with small frames, say, weighing less than 160 lbs.

They make it look so easy, the stupid things slides as you are using it, the bands fall off too. Even when you manage to stay on it, you really don't feel the burn like they say. YOu can buy them [] for a fraction of the original cost, that alone should say something about them. Once again I got scammed!
