Product Description
The Bun and Thigh Roller exercise machine is a simple, fast, and easy way to tighten up your bun and thigh muscles. Anyone can use it! The Bun & Thigh Roller is as easy to use as a rocking chair. As you rock backwards, the resistance band challenges your muscles, making them stronger, tighter and more toned while minimizing impact to your knees and back. The padded back and head rest provide a comfortable workout that doesn't feel like work. And the Bun & Thigh Roller adjusts to your height, so it fits anybody. 8 resistance settings! By using different combinations of the resistance bands, the Bun & Thigh Roller provides eight levels of difficulty, so it's great for a total beginner or a serious athlete. Just 5 minutes a day! The revolutionary sculpting arc motion targets five muscle groups with one magic motion. In just 5 minutes, you can workout these five muscle groups: glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, inner thighs, and outer thighs (abductors).

Waste of Money

I bought this product a couple years ago after seeing it on TV. I was highly dissapointed. First off, the rubber on the rockers made black marks on my carpet after only a min. use! It moved all over the place. The quality is absolute junk. the blue resistance bands wouldn't stay on right. Kept sliding off. Funny how the whole thing looked nicer in the informercial. I was surprised to see good reviews on this product. Perhaps I just got a dud. It wasn't worth the money and ended up going in the garbage. The idea of the machine is great, it just needs to be made with better quality.

Love this! It works!

I absolutely LOVE this piece of equipment. But you really have to focus on the movement and not just lie back and roll forward. Really concentrate on the muscles you are working. If you routinely do this - at least 3 times a week - I guarantee you will see results in your buttocks and your upper thigh area. Until you get used to it - you will be extremely sore! I could barely sit after the first week - which means it's working all the right muscles. If you don't do the exercise correctly (as I found out in the beginning) you will glide across the floor. If done correctly - you may move only slightly. I think this is GREAT!
