This product helps you understand the harmful chemicals in our food. What can be wrong with that. If you are looking for a more healthy lifestyle free of illness and chemical reactions then you want to read her material. If you are looking for a quick weight loss program, this is not for you. I have stopped using white sugar, white flower, white rice. She offers substitutes that are healthier for the body. Also, I stopped eating dairy for a year and I never felt better. Also, I have tried a number of the recipes in the cook book and now I only prepare my favorites. Thanks Marilue.
Not interesting at all

I did not like the product. It was cheaply made and only an actress with a cook can follow the cumbersome cooking of meals and the extensive program directions. I requested and after a fight got my money refunded, cut they made on me anyway by shipping and handling. Don't purchase this product or any other product from info commericals. Don't give you credit card number, you have to fight for refund. This is an actress down and out and looking for a fast buck.
