This product is not what it seems they lie threw their teeth. And don't deliver nothing. The training is a joke.and your always getting emails from Dalby that you have been selected to come to colordo for training for additional charge around $6000.

This rating topic is a bit miswritten. America's Note Network is part of the Dalbey Education Institute, the producer of "Winning in the Cash Flow Business." For more complete reviews, see that listing. America's Note Network is a partner service for "Winning in the Cash Flow Business" which I tried to completely cover in that category. The note network is actually probably the BEST part of this below-average product because it offers the connection to investors who you can do business with. Sidenote: I don't think you have to purchase WitCFB to use the note network.

Ready for high pressure upselling? Ready to spend $5,000 on their in-house training? These slick sales people are high-pressure, and low return. First-hand, these people are nasty -- just check with the Attorney General's office of the state of Colorado. Keep your money, or start a small business. Never heard of Notes? ...me either...

My mom bought this a few years ago thinking we could make a littel extra. When it came in she asked me to set it up for her cause I could understand things better. The VHS that came with it was nothing but the infomercial, I cound't understand ANY of it, and when we called the customer service for help, they sold us a list of names. Still not understanding things, we called agian, and they offered to refund the cost of the procuct, but not the names list. two stars for the good cust. service, and propt refund of the origonal product.
