Does not work

Other comments below are correct. This product is useless..unless you enjoy feeling strong electric shocks on your tummy. It was really just a good laugh for me and my husband. It was like doing a "jackass" episode. But it will not..and i repeat..not give you the abs you dream of. Crunches and Sit-ups really are the only way to go...sorry folks.

Waste of money and time

This product is a total joke. The gel is disgusting to put on, and when you put on the belt it is pretty painful. I think the manufacturer made it as a joke to make fun of all the people that would actually buy it and sit there on the sofa getting shocked every second for about 10 minutes expecting to get rock hard abs. Anyway, don't waste your money, it should be illegal to sell this as a serious exercise product. Doesn't even deserve one star.

Ouch.... Ouch.... Ouch...

8/12/2006 - Michael of Ohio, USA writes:

For starters: the belt barely fit my waist line. You need a snug fit for the zappers to hit you but damn, I need to breathe also. Secondly, you rub this "contact solution" all around your belly. Third: I didn't feel anything unless I had the setting on high. I felt contractions in my muscles, and I even started feeling pain in the areas where the zapping took place. The old motto: "no pain no gain!" doesn’t apply. This wasn't that muscle burning feel that you get from a good old fashioned work out, it was more like sticking your tongue on both of the posts of a nine volt battery except you continuously keep placing your tongue on those posts over and over again! Ouch. Not recommended. Doing 25 crunches every night will produce more results than this product. Save your money, unless you want to send me the money for telling you about the 25 crunches!
