Bad product does not work

I have been working out regularly but not professionally for 5 years. I tried the Ab swing because crunches and sit-ups on the floor give me neck pain. The ab swing is useless. Provides no exercise and just creates lower back strain.
Strengthens Abs and Back

Its a good concept and works well if you use as directed. It doesn't get much easier than this. I found my back is strengthened as well. No more lower back pain. User should wear appropriate clothing to avoid butt burn. Try to slide a little further down to provide more ab resistance and sideways also.

I bought this product a little over a year ago and it did nothing for me my arms got tired very fast and my butt was sore sitting on this thing. My stomach never got a workout.

Well i got this product almost a year ago at Big lots i thought it was cool cuz that fact that you swing on it u can sit down and watch t.v all at the same time but i felt like it wasnt working anything i tried and tried to make my stomach feel the burn but i didnt i dont know i could of been doing it wrong but for me i didnt feel it working my stomach more in my arms just felt like i was swinging with my arms back and forth i just dont know about this product since i still havent and havent tried it since i will try to try it one more time i think it would be a waste of money if u buy it for $80.00 because i spent $35.00 and i was disappointed
