While I feel this doesn't give you the best ab workout to get strong, washboard abs given the video they provide, I do use this device since I have neck and shoulder problems in my other workout routines in lieu of standard crunches (regular and reverse). I personally do more crunches in the routine than the video shows. But, it will support your neck and if you are in tune with relaxing your head into the pillow, for those who suffer neck/shoulder problems, it offers a good alternative to standard crunches.
