Wish I'd seen this site before I paid for this product! My main complaint is that the quality and design of the product are incrdibly poor. The clear cover over the bands keeps falling open during use which I find highly annoying. The plastic ends on the bands come off and get lost in the depths of the thing. It often sticks on the way up which makes it impossible to come up in a slow controlled fashion. I suspect that those with decent abs already will find that there is not enough resistance to do the trick.

let me see i bought it for my brother as a christmas gift and found it it did not help build abs the advetising is very misleading and it is a complete waste of money

I bought this product hoping to step up my ab routine but found I was regressing. There really is very little resistance even for beginner abs. It was ok for the lower abs but I can think of better workouts that are more effective. Save your money folks.

I used this product hoping that this would replace doing sit ups. It does not do what they say it would do. It was a waste of my money. Right now it is collecting dust in a corner of my house. And I still have to do sit ups.

I bought this and tried it. You can't feel the burn during or the next day after using it. It was ok on the lower abs but it's too hard to keep your balance when you lean back. It was a waste of my money and I wish I'd never bought it.

The idea is sound persay, namely doing a sitting ab pull. But like so many tv informercials they decided to go with the idea as the gimmick and NOT actually make the product workable. Specifically there is NO real resistance with this product, the rubber resistance coils they use are TOO flimsy, you will feel no burn and no workout. If they just followed through and made this a real product it would have worked! But again, they were justy interested in selling the "gimmick" and the actual finished product is a waste of time, save your money!!!
